Hanover Insurance – Wellness Clinic
Cardinal renovated the Wellness Clinic for the Hanover Insurance Group. The renovation was performed while surrounding areas were occupied. With the previous Wellness Clinic not being compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the scope of this work was to bring the facility up to code as well as to improve the interior aesthetics and offerings in this space. The adjacent corridor serves as the major access to Hanover’s corporate dining area, which was occupied during construction; therefore safety, dust control, noise infiltration and accessibility were addressed with special care as they were major concerns for the client. This 1,700 sf project was completed in March of 2009.
