WPI Parking Garage
As Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Cardinal managed the design and construction of a 69,000 sq-ft, three tier, 188 car parking structure and a 42 car, at grade, parking lot. Cardinal closely monitored the progress of this project including schedule, budget, quality, and safety measures, ensuring that all work was performed in accordance with the specifications, contract drawings and LEED requirements. The parking lot was added to the project during design development to provide the neighboring Church of Our Saviour, with additional off-street parking.
